UA tracking is in place for Spartacus we just need to enable it.

Ok that's landed. 


QA NOTES:

* It'll be worth checking if any other CSP settings need re-jigging but that should cover it.
* Generally check nothing is broken through the payment flows.
* Note: If DNT is on the tracking isn't setup.
