I accidently chose the option "block images from this server" and I can't get the images back. I know there must be some way to get them back and this is not the place to request help, it's just that I weren't able to get them back by myself and I'm sure that more people are having the same problem. so I just think there should be an easier way to cancel the blocking so people like me won't get stuck becouse of that.
Tasks > Privacy and Security > Image manager. Also, the same thing in the Privacy and Security preferences. Over to UI design, ccing morse.
Boris is correct that Tasks > Privacy and Security > Image manager > unblock-images will give you an easy-to-use menu item for unblocking images. It's right next to the "block images" menu item that you originally clicked on by accident. Also you could also go to tasks > privacy > image-manager > view-sites and get a list of all sites that are currently blocked. Then you can remove any or all entries from that list. My recommendation, therefore, is to mark this report as invalid or wont-fix because we already have simple procedures for doing this.
morse, it's not quite so simple. Block images is in the _context_menu_, where it is very easy to find or click by accident. Unblock is in the 4th! level of a menu. That's not exactly a simple procedure...
And unblock images is also in the context menu, right where block images used to be when the image was not blocked.
