this looks like the oob switch (oob1.r101-2.console.phx1.mozilla.net) is down. im able to log into the switch via console and you can still reach the ops interface. pulling this to DCOPs queue, we'll take a look when we get on site.

vinh noticed one of the fuses had gone bad in the CDU. oob switch is back online.
