Couldn't guess the right component for mozilla.org/ar/firefox/new/
However we've received a message through Arabic Mozilla Facebook page informing about the misspelling mistake.
And since I'm assigning Djug already I'll post the message here:

Which I believe is true.
The request is about changing the string
مُلتزمون اتجاهك، اتجاه خصوصيتك واتجاه الويب المفتوح
With
مُلتزمون تِجاهك ، تِجاه خصوصيتك ، و تِجاه الويب المفتوح

Mozilla Localizations is not wrong, but www.mozilla.org::L10n (ar) is probably better.
Locale: ar / Arabic
I beleive the two words are the same, from Al-Qamoos ul-Muheet "تَجَهَ له: لُغَةٌ في اتَّجَهَ" so تجه is just a variant of اتجه.
As per Qamoos, both are the same, so we don't need to change it.. but اتجه is more commonly used than تجه
