Details

Most of the successful jobs on mozilla-central have a parsing status of pending. I think dev is getting behind.

We should see if there are any optimisations we can make to the parser to speed it up (eg removing unused regex or refactoring), as well as decide how to handle the backlog on dev (spin up more workers, or just discard when we get behind given that it's just dev, and it has fewer workers than prod so doesn't reflect an issue we;'ll see once pushing to prod).
