Steps to reproduce:

1.type initial of first name and of second name to address message
2. Use Mailing list to address email


Actual results:

1. L which had returned Lusia X now returns Michael X with no other options offered

2. Use mailing list (used for 5+ years) now generates am error message on sending recommending to verify syntax, etc.


Expected results:

Should work as it had in all previous versions i.e. TB 24.8 and lower. Problem is same on both Wintel and Mac OSX platforms.
I have reverted to 24.8.0 which now reports that it is up to date on both my Wintel and Apple OSX systems

Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
If there are two consecutive 'blank spaces' within the LIST NAME, T-Bird doesn't recognise the LIST.

Thanks, but the list names are "joke XXX" with only one space between joke and XXX.
All these lists well with 24.8 addressing
