see this thread for example: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1019763 chronology: - 7:14 PST spam question was created by user 1 - 7:15 PST question was marked as spam and user 1 disabled - 9:26 PST user 2 was able to post a spammy reply to the thread users shouldn't be able to reply to (or even open) questions marked as spam.
Summary: users shouldn't be able to reply to questions marked as spam → questions marked as spam should produce "page not found" for non-mods/admins
