In order to ship updates to the H264 plugin through Balrog, we'll need to be able to point at Cisco's CDN. Please append "ciscobinary.openh264.org" to the domain_whitelist item in all of the aus4 configs (dev/stage/prod + admin.ini/balrog.ini).
