Description:
After enabling airplane mode the user is unable fully deactivate it. The Cellular connection is not becoming available.

Reproducible manually: YES 

Reproduction rate: 5/5

STR:
1. connect to wifi and mobile data
2. tap the check box in the settings app to activate airplane mode
3. Wait and check that airplane mode is active
4. Tap dissable airplane mode


Actual:
4. The wifi network becomes available but not the cellular data.

Notice the network connection in the status bar searching for signal and also the state of the airplane mode switch and cellular connection menus
QA Wanted - Can anyone else reproduce this?

I believe this bug has been addressed in bug 1066122. To confirm this bug is no longer occurring, I checked the latest master build and issue is NOT reproducible.

Test result: After following STR, wifi and data both come back to active without issue.
