From bug 1065340 comment 5, let's add a version logging action so that this can be consumed by log parsers. At the moment the information is just logged as info.

Dave, has this been solved meanwhile? I can see that structuredlogger consumes the versioninfo here: https://dxr.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/source/testing/mozbase/mozlog/mozlog/structuredlog.py#254

I believe this is different, however though it's been over two years and it's hard to remember...
