Please see the process at https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Bugogram#hg_repo and include that information. After that is all set up, we can process turn the request around in a few days.
Please create a new gaia-l10n hg repositories for a new FirefoxOS localization. The repository should be gaia-l10n/br with the common scm_l10n permissions and hooks, both python:mozhghooks.pushlog and python:mozhghooks.single_head_per_branch.hook. Please make sure that mxr is updated to pick up the new repos. PS: to be clear to the localization team, this bug is handled by Mozilla staff.
