There's one significant change which I haven't made directly to the wiki:

The ~1300 number is all historic contributors in Transifex, but active contributors in the last 12 months is just under 1000. So it's your call if you up the target for new contributors to 1000, or reduce the 2k target accordingly.

The second request is to get these numbers into the planned activity projections spreadsheet :)

I've separated localization now in the 'buckets'. http://adamlofting.github.io/mofo-contributors-dashboard/

This number is slightly too big, because of the de-duping issues, but it's close enough to track meaningfully towards to the 2K goal.

(currently appmaker is tracked separately, so localization contributors who work on appmaker and webmaker are double counted - but the overlap is small.)
