Steps to reproduce ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Setup screen lock with passcode, and enable sound for keypad 2. Turn off screen 3. Turn on screen, and tap on "Emergincy Call" 4. Dial any number (such as 0,1...) --> The sound for the first number dialed is broken. I see the same issue on V1.3/V1.4/2.0/2.1.
