Caught in bug 951624 comment 45. Paolo found that when deleting characters, the autocomplete results will sometimes show "Visit moz-action:...". That type of result is from the patch now in bug 1067899, but I believe it to be a more generic issue with autocomplete.

I can't replicate this any more, with the latest patches from the dependants of bug 951624.
