Let's switch the configuration to the DynamoDB backend on dev, then stage. The goal is to validate/try out that backend
This is *just* for msisdn-gateway Stage, yes? Do we have a schedule for this? Do we have some reasons for testing out DynamoDB vs. what we currently have deployed? Do we need some extra monitoring to compare results? etc.
