Icon to left of profile is same as subfolders, different than prior builds
2001102503 win32 on win2kpro-sp2
This may be a regression.
Now the account top level icon is a normal twisty, new unread mail does not turn
it to the icon with the overlayed green arrow. And # of unread messages is
showing up in parens instead of in the unread column. Furthermore, the folder
line is not in bold when items are unread.
