Launch a 3rd party full screen app, and notice the SHB doesnt display or work at all.   I can't even get back to HOmescreen without restarting.

Repro:
1) install 2.1 nightly on Flame KK

2) install a 3rd party FS app (ie. Cut the rope from marketplace)
3) set settings to enable Soft Home button
4) Launch the FS app
5) Verify the Soft home button is clipped and non-operational.  Also has remnants of the wallpaper 

Expected:
* black background, and SHB is displayed with no FS game interruption

I just tested this using latest master which includes the patch from bug 1068469 by playing the Cut the Rope game and it functioned perfectly and correctly displayed the SHB bar. I have requested uplift on that patch and we should retest this in the v2.1 branch once the uplift is complete.
For reference, here is a screenshot showing the SHB as functional during gameplay. This is at Gaia commit f33bf136220e1c114aadaf63237be6bbdc834b53.
They Tony, now that bug 1068469 has been uplifted, can you re-test this to see if this issue is resolved?

Using Flame 2.1 KK base with 319mb memory, I can verify this bug as fixed on todays build:
