Summary:
If no mobile data is used, there should be a "No mobile data used" message, but it is replaced by the apps list after a few seconds.
Steps:
- Reset the mobile data usage in Usage App > Settings.
- Long tap the home key, kill the Usage App from the running apps view.
- Launch the Usage app.
Expected Result:
There should be a "No mobile data used..." message (as in the VsD spec in meta bug 1035544) at the bottom of the page. The message should stay there until any mobile data is used.
Actual Result:
After a few seconds, the "No mobile data used" message disappears, replaced by an apps list (please refer to the attached logcat output.)
Environment:
Phone Flame
