Steps to reproduce:

download a file 
open the download dialog 
drag and drop the file from the dialog to some place in a file manager


Actual results:

the download dialog stay above all windows

you had to clic somewhere in firefox windows to close it




Expected results:

the dialog should be closed after the drag and drop

I just encountered this bug today. The downloads window will stay open until the user switches back to Firefox and clicks somewhere within its window.

I must point out that also on Windows the panel doesn't close when dragging out of it, fixing that across platforms as an enhancement may also help with this bug.
