Details

This was discussed in a meeting, but I don't see a bug for it. We need to enhance the `Task Admin` menu item to include 4 options:

1. List existing tasks (which is what the item now takes us to)
2. Create a new task
3. Import bugs (bug 1030972)
4. List activity (bug 1030767)

This has been pushed to dev and stage. There are currently only three menu items because the other  feature has not been implemented yet.
