Summary is about it. Edit the email at the URL above and remove the
"charset=us-ascii;", then load it into a mail window. Mail will crash.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit URL mentioend mail, remove charset from vcard
2.Load mail
3.
Actual Results: segfault
Expected Results: render mail, make dinner, feed the cat, err. ok, just the
first one.

no crash for me reading the mail. with or without the charset "charset=us-ascii;"

Resolution: --- → WORKSFORME
I edited that url's attachment and moved it into my local folders. that created
a folder with two messages:
1. Don't Delete this Message - Folder Internal Data
2. Directory of Risk Management.
I was able to click on #2 and view the vcard/message with no crash.
