Description:
Portrait-only oriented apps, such as Settings, Messenger, or Dialer, render as blank pages in Card View when viewed in Landscape mode.  To view the Task Manager in landscape, the user must already be in a landscape compatible app before long-pressing the Home Button.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140916040203
2) Launch the Settings app, then return to the Home Screen
3) Launch the Browser app, then rotate the phone to Landscape orientation.
4) Long press the Home Button and view the Settings app in the Task Manager.
  
Actual:
Settings app is displayed blank in Landscape orientation Task Manager
  
Expected: 
Settings app is displayed properly in Landscape orientation Task Manager

This issue does NOT occur in Flame 2.1.
Task Manager does not support Landscape orientation in 2.1

Not nominating to block, user can still see the title of the app for the card distinguishing which app it represents.

This became invalid when bug 1118390 landed, locking the task manager to portrait orientation to the STR can never happen. I'll add as a dependant so we can track if/when we bring landscape task manager back

Correction, you can complete the STR but as task manager is portrait, all is well.
