1068731 - MTV Sanctuary rear hdmi needs to be replaced

From the rear laptop connections, VGA works fine but laptop won't detect a display using the HDMI cable. I grabbed another HDMI cable to test and it worked fine.

Will need to rerun a new HDMI cable to the rear of table.

You replaced the cable from the DM transmitter to the retractor to test?

Is it the retractor cable that's bad?

Thursday 25th from 2:30pm - Close
Friday 26th from Open - Close

I believe the cable retractor had been damaged by another contractor (they drilled through it).  This is a billable replacement.  We will cut an invoice for the replacement part and attach to this bug.  Thanks.
