Details

The queue allows tasks to have an `extra` field that contains arbitrary JSON values.

We should allow task-graphs to have an `extra` field too. We can store the extra data in azure blob storage.

This is useful for attaching arbitrary data to a task-graph, such as, should be reported to treeherder... and things like that.

It might not be important... I can probably do treeherder integration without it (just using tags), but I suspect we'll want it for other things too...
