if you select a empty folder there's no need to show the inline search toolbar

In View -> Show/Hide you have a "Search bar". But if you select a empty folder
in the folder pane there's no need to show it or much better the input field
should just be disabled!

Henrik, I'm sorry, but I'm still confused. I'm in the browser and go to menu
View>Show/Hide but I can't see any "Search bar" item there. Also, I can't figure
out what "empty folder" you are talking about...

I'd rather it not go away - and keep the UI appearance constant/consistent.
What will this do to improve the user experience?
