The updater doesn't allow me to install the update because I have less than 50% battery even when the phone is plugged in

It seems like we should disable that check when the battery is charging.
Not sure. Some devices really need to have the battery charged even when plugged in when doing full flashing. So I would keep that at least for FOTA updates.
