The start times for the Event Assignment iCal feeds should be adjusted to 30 minutes before the start time of the event to allow the staff sufficient set-up time for the events.

Start times for Event Assignment iCal feeds adjusted to 30
minutes prior to event start time in order to allow staff
sufficient set-up time for events.

This change appears to have changed all ical Event feeds, not just the Event Assignment feeds.  The global and venue specific feeds should not have the 30 minute set-up time added.
