Hello,

I'm IT administrator in Klon/Jawor Association, polish non-governmental organisation - ngo.pl's domain owner.

We've (finally) noticed, that ngo.pl domain is listed on publicsuffix.org's list as "other functional domain".

Ngo.pl domain is NOT a functional domain.
Under this domain we're:
- running the Information System for Polish NGOs (biggest in Europe),
- maintaining the biggest database of NGOs and civil institutions in Poland,
- running regional and thematic services on socially important issues: Law, Social Assistance, EU Structural Funds.

We've spend so many time and money on resolving problems caused by listing this domain as public suffix, that you can't imagine (logon/SSO problems, polls problems, Google Analytics problems etc.).

Can you tell us why it's listed on your site?
What's the procedure to remove this domain from your list?


PS. We're only owners of this domain from 12 years. Nobody never contacted us at that time, ie. to inform us, that this domain will be listed as a functional domain. I think, you should check your procedures, to prevent from serving someone (and propably yourself) unpleasant surprises.
