1069273 - "No memory card found" error message during voice call

Pre-Conditions:
1. Camp the device for WCDMA/GMS network
2. Insert SD card with supported audio & Video clips

Steps to reproduce:
1. Establish voice call between DUT and reference device
2. Now launch Gallery app and play any video clip
3. Now launch Music app for audio decode

Issue:
Observed "No memory card found" error message even after playing the video clips from memory card

Expected behavior:
Should able to access memory card without any error messages
