1069285 - No notification message is displayed when the user tries to updated the password with blank spaces

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open AMO homepage and log-in: https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/
2. Hover over the username on the top of the page and click on the Account Settings
3. Click in the Change Password link
4. Enter the old password and in the New Password and Confirm Password fields enter 8 blank spaces 
5. Click the Updated Account button

Expected results:
The password is not changed, a notification message is displayed stating that the password field cant contain spaces

Actual results:
The password is not changed, a notification message is not displayed.

Verified in FF32 (Win7) Issue reproducing in -dev stage and production

Yes, this is a bug, but it's not worth spending the time to fix.  Entering 8 blank spaces is simply not a use case we need to support.
