1069555 - Update thank you email for new users who pledge to teach

Once Bug 1069550 is shipped and we have a new thank you page for people who pledge to teach, we should update the automated thank you email that is sent from BSD.

Task 1 is write the copy (bug is assigned to Paul to start with). Then we can update this in BSD.

This thank you email can now include two links:
1) See the teaching activities 
2) When you're ready, claim your badge

The thank you email in BSD is for people who sign-up via the form "/pledge-to-teach".
