Description:
When user attempts to view an unsupported RTSP filetype (e.g. .wmv like http://goo.gl/3vaXmO) they are shown a generic network error message ("Video playback aborted due to network error".) This does not properly inform user that the file they are trying to view is not supported on the device.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140917160201
2) Tap Rocketbar and navigate to http://goo.gl/3vaXmO
  
Actual:
User is shown generic network error and is not informed of unsupported filetype.
  
Expected: 
User is properly informed of unsupported filetype.

1.4 displays "The document has moved to rtsp://granton.ucs.ed.ac.uk/domsdemo/v2003-1.wmv" if short link is used. If long link is used the device downloads the file and does not attempt to stream. Unable to test.
