User Story
As a user I want to be able to manually create a new group on my homescreen so that I can organize apps into it. Acceptance Criteria: 1. After following the method described by the UX interaction spec to manually create a new group, a new group is created containing the app used to initiate the group creation. 2. Interaction and visuals match UX spec.

This issue is verified fixed on Flame 3.0 The user is able to create a new group on the homescreen by moving an app icon above, below, or inbetween apps until a line is highlighted blue indicating to the user where the new group will be created, and then dropping the app there. The user is then able to add apps to the newly created group so the homescreen can be organized. This bug has been successfully verified on latest Flame v2.2.
