1069786 - Homescreen app failed to fetch icon when installing packaged app

+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1054598 +++

During packaged app installation, the Homescreen app tries to open the icon in 
application.zip, however application.zip is not yet available at that moment.

Console log shows something like:
> 01:39:59.307 309/309                     Gecko  I   RemoteOpenFileParent: file '/data/local/webapps/{93f4b5a2-be95-4015-a69d-922afcd46473}/application.zip' was not found!

According to the observation in bug 1054598 comment 6, it was calling fetchBlob() in shared/elements/gaia_grid/js/items/grid_item.js.

It seems Homescreen app failed to fetch the icon, but I didn't notice anything abnormal from the screen, so feel free to close it if someone confirms it doens't matter.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
