Bug 1068568 removed ISO-8859-6-I and ISO-8859-6-E and ISO-8859-8-E as Gecko-canonical names. They are now just labels (aka. aliases). c-c should adjust charsetalias.properties to make iso-8859-6-i and iso-8859-6-e aliases of ISO-8859-6 and iso-8859-8-e an alias of ISO-8859-8.
