Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Firefox and go to webrtc page: https://apprtc.webrtc.org
2. A unique link is generated and a doorhanger is shown allowing the user to select the webcam and the microphone to use while in call

Expected results:
Each audio and video device is shown once.

Actual results:
Webcam's microphone is shown twice.
I have no others webcams installed nor an integrated one.

Notes: 1. The issue is a Firefox 33 regression:

There are several Audio bugs in this changeset, but only bug 1037000 was uplifted to Firefox 32.

2. The issue reproduces using Win 7 64-bit, but doesn't reproduce under Mac OSX 10.8.5 and Ubuntu 13.04 64-bit.
