1069948 - Rating activity only works when logged in.

When testing the web activities for bug 1044229 I noticed that the ratings activity only goes to the rating part of the page when logged in. Otherwise you just go to the details page.

STR: 

* Open http://yakshavings.co.uk/test-activities.html in your device browser
* Click "test app rating activity"

What should happen:

* It should open ratings for iq-fitfun-lite 

What happens:

* You only see the rating view if you're already logged in. Otherwise you just see the details page.

Presumably this should invoke login if the user isn't already logged-in.

I can't reproduce this. Still valid?

It's still reproduceable for me on 2.1 if you aren't signed in to FXA and hit the "test app rating activity" button.

As soon as you *are* logged in it works as expected.
