In bug 1069953 we'd like to make some args optional, which would affect nsITelemetry.registerAddonHistogram() We would like to know if there is any submissions of add-on histograms to see if that feature is being used.

How much data should we look through to figure out if it's used or not? Would 1 week of submissions across all channels be enough?

(In reply to Mark Reid [:mreid] from comment #1) > How much data should we look through to figure out if it's used or not? > Would 1 week of submissions across all channels be enough? Per IRC, 1 week across all channels sounds good - we should definitely include the beta channel.

Of all the submissions matched by the filter described in comment 3, I found: 137372061 records contained "addonHistograms":{} 21681 records contained addonHistograms for the addon 'uriloader@pdf.js' 1199 records contained addonHistograms for the addon 'shumway@research.mozilla.org' 44 of the above records contained histograms for both pdf.js and shumway. Please reopen if you'd like a breakdown of channels, versions, etc. for this data.
