User Story

I am new to my Operator Organization and I need to learn how to use the Operator Shelf tools. I would like an easy-to-follow reference guide in an accessible location, also downloadable.

The user guide info needs to come from the team responsible for the product. I can facilitate the organisation of a training session for a Partner, but the creation of the material will need to be done by someone familiar with the tool/product. Re-assigning to nobody@mozilla.org.

30-60 minute meeting set up with Telenor on Thursday 11th Dec, for the purpose of previewing the Operator Shelf Tools. Scott has agreed to demo the capabilities. Note - this is not being delivered as an official UAT (User Acceptance Test). Nor is it an official training course. It is an opportunity to preview the new Op shelf tools. Hence, closing this bug.
