Steps to reproduce:

1. Browse to http://agilebits.com/onepassword/extensions
2. Click on green button to install
3. Allow installation
4. Complete installation
5. Extension icon does not appear
6. Close and open Nightly several times
7. Extension icon appears, but doesn't work. 


Actual results:

1. Extension icon didn't appear until I had restarted the app several times. 
2. When the icon did appear, it showed all of my logins, but didn't fill in any of them.


Expected results:

Icon should have appeared right away. 
Browser extension should fill in logins.
Nightly in normal mode or in e10s mode (electrolysis)?
