Steps to reproduce:

right Clicked on a text with dictionary error and got suggestions in the menu. Then closed that page. Again right clicked on new page, got same set of suggestions.   


Actual results:

Got same set of suggestions even when right clicked on non-text.


Expected results:

Should not have any suggestions from previous right-click
