When creating/editing in-app products, let developers select the locale of the product name and enter names localized for other locales

Can we pull the default locale from the app?

It seems like it might be a bit tedious to manage translations like this. I guess the UI wasn't really setup for a bulk update.

The Edit Status page sets the locale for the entire page at once, that might be a nicer way than changing the dropdown for each product.
