Description

While sspitzer was reviewing my patch for 106650, he noticed that text->charset
is sometimes allocated with PR_MALLOC, and sometimes with nsCRT::strdup. The
former should match with PR_Free, and later with nsCRT::free.

saspitzer: I just checked, and right now, nsCRT:: maps right to the PL_ / PR_
routines. but if that changes, you'll end up with MMF. (mis matched memory
frees). to be correct, you should be matching the allocate with the free.

The problem might exist in other files in this module and other modules as well.

This bug is filed to address this concern.
