This doesn't happen very often and seems random. A few days ago I got a ~2x10px red block that did not move while scrolling. Just now as i was filing this report I got this: http://i.imgur.com/0y7VHnl.png The buttons became visible by hovering the mouse over them. AMD driver version 14.200.1004.0

I can verify this. I also believe I spotted this happening starting version 32 as well. It applies to both chrome and content. I'm unsure but disabling hardware acceleration might not mitigate this.

I'm unsure but > disabling hardware acceleration might not mitigate this. We still need more information in order to even come close to being able to reproduce/fix this. Please refer to the questions in comment #2 .
