Steps to reproduce:

I pressed the maximize green button. Then I hovered near top of screen to get window controls in fullscreen mode. I attempted to click maximize button again to return to standard screen mode. 


Actual results:

Titlebar doesn't display properly when OS X fullscreen window button hovers into view. Also it appears the window is stuck in fullscreen mode and I am forced to close the browser to return to regular mode.


Expected results:

Hovering near edge of top screen should produce window controls with a consistent background. Clicking maximize once more would return window to standard mode

I have also confirmed this problem with all extensions off and the default theme.
