Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0
Build ID: 20140917194002

Steps to reproduce:

Go to some website. For example: http://google.com, https://vk.com, http://yandex.ru, http://lazarus.freepascal.org well any website
Currently I believe that it happens on any website, that is, whether I have this problem or not does not depend on website

Actual results:

Favicon is not displayed in tab header

Expected results:

Favicon should be displayed.

The problem is that I can't tell for sure what causes favicons disappearing and I can't specify what should be done to make favicons disappear. However I am 100% sure that it happens. I observed buggy behavior a lot of times by now. At first favicon is present, then at some point (not sure when) it disappears, and it won't reappear if I refresh page. And sometimes it won't reappear even if I restart browser. It happens often, not like once a year, but really often
