Steps to reproduce: 1. Open developer tools and submit a new app. 2. Open reviewer tools, find the app submitted in step 1 and ban it. 3. Open status page for the banned app. Expected results: There are no layout or display issues. Actual results: The Delist App section is there but the delist button is not displayed. Notes/Issues: Verified in FF35(Win7) The issue is reproducing in -dev and stage. Screencast for this issue: http://screencast.com/t/zmSDmEje8ARD
The delist button not being there is expected, but the island shouldn't be there either. Also, the delete button shouldn't be enabled either. Actually, I don't mind if the islands are hidden, or the button are just there and disabled.
