Actual results:
The call URL is not hyperlinked

Note: works fine with gmail, thunderbird

I'm afraid this is very similar to bug 1070965 and can/ should be seen as Yahoo! Mail UX #fail, pardon my French.

All we do is hand of the data to an external service (webmail or mail app) using a standard protocol and the mail client _should_ deal with the request appropriately.
So GMail decides to show a separate view with no means to link back to the users' inbox, Yahoo! fails to linkify hyperlinks and another webmail provider may fail to do something else.
It's beyond our responsibility to fix these issues for them and on top of that: we can't as we don't have access to their code repositories for these products.

The most we can do is reach out to each of the webmail providers we list as default options and raise awareness of the issues we found and will find in the future.
