1. Open the Message app and tap the "..." button
2. Flick up and down on the background

Expected result
Nothing happens.

Actual result
The background goes white and dark like a stroboscope (Party hard!). See attached video for details.

Additional notes
This issue also happen on the Dialer app. Just replace the step 1 by : "long press a call entry in the call log". I couldn't find any other Form where this occurs.
