107124 - Delete key at and of line deletes current line too

In the plain text message composition window, if the delete key is pressed at
the end of a line the current line is deleted too.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the plain text message composition window.
2. Press enter twice to create an empty line.
3. Type some characters.
4. Go to the start of the message and type a word, sentence or paragraph,
without pressing enter at the end.
5. Press delete to delete the empty line.

Actual Results:  The empty line disappears, but so does the current paragraph!
There is no way to recover the lost characters, because the Undo command has no
effect.

Expected Results:  The empty line should disappear but the current paragraph
should not be affected.

also reported in bug 106431, bug 104779 and more. This was fixed by the checkin
for bug 101690 on the 19th. Marking dup.
